Refund policy
Returns - We want you to love your MIME ClO Activewear, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached and in original packaging
- Items must be free from marks, odours and damage
How to Return:
- Email us at returns@mimeclo.com with your order number
- We will then send return instructions
- Ship your item back using a tracked service
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing
Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos so we can resolve it quickly
We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
